SALGA's commitment to disability inclusion

From November 3rd to December 3rd every year, South Africa commemorates National Disability Rights Awareness Month, drawing attention to initiatives that support people with disabilities and encourage inclusivity.
This feature video focuses on Sibusiso Metu, a SALGA employee who shares his experiences of being seen, valued, and accepted thanks to the organisation's commitment to creating a workplace environment where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of their abilities.
