SALGA mourns the passing of former SALGA KZN Chairperson Honourable Mluleki Ndobe

Cllr. Thembi Nkadimeng, President of the South African Local Government Association (SALGA), and the national executive committee (NEC) of SALGA have received the sad news of the untimely death of Mluleki Ndobe, Deputy Speaker of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature, who died at his Durban home on Friday, 06 November 2020.

Mluleki, who died on Friday, had been unwell for some time, and SALGA wishes to convey its deepest sympathies to his family, friends and colleagues following this tragic incident.

Mluleki, a former SALGA KwaZulu-Natal chairperson and NEC member, will be remembered for his contributions to the Local Government sector. 

SALGA joins the Provincial Government of KwaZulu-Natal and the family and friends of Mluleki in mourning his loss.
