3rd Annual Local Government Labour Law Seminar Postponed

The 3rd Annual Local Government Labour Law Seminar (19 – 20 March 2020) has been postponed until further notice.
The decision follows President Cyril Ramaphosa’s address where amongst others, gatherings of more than hundred (100) people are prohibited due to the outbreak of COVID-19. The seminar was to gather more than three hundred (300) confirmed delegates.
SALGA regrets any inconvenience caused by the afore-stated decision as most municipalities had already made travel and accommodation arrangements. We suggest that you negotiate with applicable airlines and hotels to defer such arrangements to a later date which will be communicated.
