SALGA in Botswana for the BALA Congress in Gaborone

SALGA extends it support to sister organisation Botswana Association of Local Authorities (BALA) at its elective congress in Gaborone. SALGA and BALA have long standing strategic relations and both organisations are active members of organized local government under the banner of the UCLGA Southern Africa and the continent at large. BALA like SALGA is the sole nationally recognized voice of municipalities in Botswana and will elect a new team of leaders for the association during its congress.
